With the growing maturity of the diamond tool manufacturing industry and the rapid growth of China's economy, the market demand for diamond micropowder in my country is also growing rapidly.
Synthetic diamond micropowder is a new type of ultra-fine superabrasive. It is mainly divided into three types: single crystal diamond powder, polycrystalline diamond powder and nano diamond powder. Generally, W0-0.5 to W6-12 is used for polishing; W15-10 to W22-36 is used for grinding; W12-22 is used for fine grinding. The larger the value, the finer the grinding.
Usage: Suitable for the manufacture of electroplating products, grinding wheels, grinding wheels, polishing and engraving of high-grade stone materials, processing of automotive glass, high-end furniture, ceramics, hard alloys, magnetic materials, etc.

Usage: Mainly used in the fields of chip optical crystal \ ultra-fine processing, ultra-fine polishing of large silicon wafers, surface modification and other fields. The appearance of spherical polycrystalline diamond powder is gray-black, with a slight metallic luster.
Nano-diamond powder not only has the inherent characteristics of diamond, but also has small size effect, large specific surface area effect, quantum size effect, etc., thus exhibiting the characteristics of nanomaterials. This diamond crystal has a high adsorption capacity.
Usage:
(1) Prepare high-grade abrasive paste and polishing fluid for ultra-fine processing of quartz, optical glass, semiconductor, alloy and metal surfaces.
(2) Catalyst preparation: Nano-scale diamond and amorphous carbon have a large specific surface area, contain a variety of surface functional groups, and have strong activity. Using them to prepare catalysts can improve activity data and promote the interaction of organic compounds.
(3) Preparation of nano-composite structure materials: Combining nano-scale diamond with nano-silicon powder, nano-ceramics and various nano-metals can produce new nano-structure materials. Because of its unique properties, semiconductor devices and integrated circuit components can be manufactured and microcomputer parts.

1. Single crystal diamond powder
Single crystal diamond powder is produced by artificial diamond single crystal abrasive grains, which are crushed and shaped, and produced by special process methods. The crystal shape is a regular and complete hexahedron, which has high strength, toughness, good thermal stability, and strong impact resistance.Usage: Suitable for the manufacture of electroplating products, grinding wheels, grinding wheels, polishing and engraving of high-grade stone materials, processing of automotive glass, high-end furniture, ceramics, hard alloys, magnetic materials, etc.
2. Polycrystalline diamond powder
Polycrystalline diamond micropowder is made from graphite by using a unique directional blasting method. The shock wave of directional blasting of high-explosive explosives accelerates the flying of metal flakes and hits graphite flakes, resulting in the transformation of graphite into polycrystalline diamond. It is synthesized under the action of the transient strong shock wave formed by the explosion. Therefore, it not only has the hardness of superhard materials, but also has the extraordinary high strength and high toughness of nanomaterials.Usage: Mainly used in the fields of chip optical crystal \ ultra-fine processing, ultra-fine polishing of large silicon wafers, surface modification and other fields. 3. Nano diamond powder
With the rapid development of nanotechnology, a new type has emerged independently from the two original types of diamond powder: nano-diamond powder.Nano-diamond powder not only has the inherent characteristics of diamond, but also has small size effect, large specific surface area effect, quantum size effect, etc., thus exhibiting the characteristics of nanomaterials. This diamond crystal has a high adsorption capacity.
